Request account deletion without the app

You can request deletion of your GogoShort account and associated app data from this webpage. You do not need to reinstall or open the app.

If the button does not open your email app, send your request to shuocaipteled@gmail.com with your account email, phone number, or user ID.

What will be deleted

• Your app account and login identifiers associated with GogoShort.
• Profile information, viewing history, preferences, and account activity stored by GogoShort.
• Remaining virtual currency or in-app balances associated with the deleted account.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal compliance, payment records, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, or tax/accounting obligations. Retained data is kept only for the period required for those purposes.

Processing time

We will review and process account deletion requests within 3-5 business days after we can verify the account owner.
